- "CSOs Community Assistance: Eastern Europe and Central Asia"
The report provides a civil society perspective on the Community assistance to Eastern Europe and Central Asia as provided by the Tacis programme. The relevance of the creation of two CSOs regional platform (respectively in Eastern Europe and in Central Asia) is analysed in the framework of the EUroepan neighrbohood and Partnership Instrument and the Development Cooperation and Economic Cooperation Instrument.

Training Programme
The Capacity Buliding Programme comprised a series of training events involving different kind of stakeholders and was replicated in the same format in the Western Balkans, in the new Member States and acceding countries, in Eastern Europe and in Central Asia.
