EU TRADE AND FOOD SECURITY POLICIES
Food Security is an integral part of human security. Hunger is an expression of extreme poverty, of denial of access to productive resources and reproductive entitlements. The food insecure people of this world will not find security in their lives, as long as they don’t have stable, sufficient and appropriate access to safe food. Aprodev aims at influencing EU policy making and international trade rule setting processes to support global and local food security.
